Digital Needs Mapping

Before you change anything, you need to know how your company actually works. I'll map your processes, tools, and people's needs, and hand you a concrete plan: what to change, in what order, and why.

Why Map It

What usually slows companies down isn't missing technology — it's processes nobody has looked at as a whole in a long time. People hand off work across seven different channels, data gets retyped by hand from one spreadsheet into another, and a new tool gets bought before anyone's clear on what it's for.

Mapping makes all of this visible. You'll see your company as a whole and get a basis for decisions that make sense long-term. The goal isn't to buy more software. The goal is a system that gets the most out of every technology and depends on none.

How Mapping Works

Understanding

I run in-depth interviews with people across the company and send a survey to the whole team. I want to know how the work actually gets done - not how it's described in the guidelines.

Mapping

From the interviews and data, I build a map of the company: where information flows, where work gets stuck, which tools help and which just create more work.

Plan

You get concrete recommendations ranked by priority and an interactive dashboard with the results. Leadership sees the whole picture; each team sees what applies to them.

Adaptation

Mapping ends with an implementation workshop with your people. They split into working groups, set action steps, and the first decisions get made that same day.

What You Walk Away With

The output of mapping is a map of processes and tools, a report with recommendations ranked by priority, an interactive dashboard for leadership and teams, and an action plan from the implementation workshop. I adjust the scope to the size of the organisation: mapping looks different for a team of fifteen than for a company with hundreds of employees.

And most importantly: your people are in it from the start. Change a team has co-created doesn't need to be pushed through. It just happens.

The Digital Needs Mapping made a real difference for us: it gave us a clearer picture of our processes, tools, and communication, and helped us decide whether to keep developing our Microsoft or Google environment. We value how Kateřina combines technological expertise with a real understanding of a cultural institution's environment, and her direct yet collaborative way of communicating. We recommend her without reservation.
