The best solutions don't come out of presentations. They come from putting the people who live with a problem every day around one table, and giving them a structure to work in.
That's exactly what I do: I build a format tailored to your brief, guide the team through the design process, and make sure ideas turn into concrete next steps. You bring the people and the problem. I make sure there's a result by the end.

What We Can Run Together

Design Thinking Workshop

The team learns the design process on its own brief: from understanding the user through designing a solution to a quick prototype. One to two days of intensive work.

Hackathon

A team or an entire company works for a day or two on real challenges. A great format when you want to spark innovation and see what your people can do when given the room.

Learning design

Together with your team, we design internal learning that changes practice - from a needs analysis to a format people don't want to miss.

Strategic workshop

A facilitated session for leadership on a specific decision: strategy, priorities, service redesign. You leave with conclusions, not minutes to circulate.

How I Run It

I build every workshop from scratch: first I go through the brief with you, talk to some of the participants, and only then propose the format, length, and group composition. During the day I facilitate so that everyone speaks, not just the loudest voices, and every exercise moves toward a result.

And because I'm a learning designer, the team leaves with more than an output. They leave with a way of working they can repeat without me.

Together with Kateřina, we designed a full-day workshop for our internal learning and development team. The goal was to map the entire learning process – from onboarding through to follow-up development activities – and explore opportunities for using digital technology more systematically. The workshop opened our eyes: it gave us a new perspective on our current activities and got us thinking more deeply about how they connect. We were very happy with both the process and the outcome of the collaboration, and there's plenty for us to build on.
