AI Training

Learning programmes built around your processes and your data. The team doesn't learn to click around in a tool - it learns to think about where technology actually makes sense for you, and takes new habits straight into their work.

How AI Training Works in Practice

A one-off training session is exciting, but on its own it doesn't change how work gets done. That's why I build learning as a process: first I find out how your team actually works, then I design a programme tailored to you, and I teach using your real tasks — not practice examples.
I'm a learning designer. That means I don't just design content — I design the whole journey: from the first session through practice between lessons to the moment the team works differently, even without me.

Formats We Can Build Together

Tailored AI Academy

A multi-phase programme for the whole company: from mapping needs through a series of workshops to supporting internal change ambassadors who carry it forward. I run it in both Czech and English.

AI Leadership Academy

A programme for company and organisational leadership. Not how to write prompts, but how to make decisions about AI: strategy, processes, risks, and opportunities for your team.

Team training

Interactive workshops built on your processes and your data. Participants leave with habits they'll use the very next day, and an understanding of why.

AI Lab in Practice

A programme I run at Masaryk University: participants go through the full journey from idea to a working AI prototype. I can adapt it for companies and the public, online or in a shortened form.

How I Know It's Working

Training's success isn't measured by a satisfaction survey, but by what people do differently a month later. That's why I build practice time between sessions into every programme, work with participants' real tasks, and check in with leadership along the way on what's actually sticking — and what still needs support.

And because technology changes faster than company policy, what I really teach the team is how to think: how to assess a new technology, try it out, and put it to use. That's a skill that lasts, even when the tools change.

I'd recommend the course to anyone who wants to understand how to use AI meaningfully, practically, and with real relevance to their work. In fact, I keep encouraging everyone I meet to sign up for the next run, because the course was a truly amazing experience for me. The biggest benefit was the combination of AI, design thinking, and my own project, which let me put everything into practice straight away. I came away with new tools — but above all with a new way of thinking.

You'll stop chasing the puck from board to board and finally start playing real hockey — not chasing the puck, but playing where it's about to be.

The course is about AI, but for me the main bonus was the change in how I approach problem-solving. Instead of jumping straight to the result, the excellent methodology taught me to think problems through and use AI as a strategic partner. It has broadened my perspective on finding solutions enormously.
